Our journey began in 1980, when our Founder, Muhammad Ismail S/O Abdullah, established a small business under the name “National.” What started from a humble shop was built on the principles of honesty, commitment, hard work, and trust. With the blessings of Allah Almighty, the National name continued to grow, building a strong foundation of experience, relationships, and credibility.

A defining chapter in our journey began in 1995, when we entered the real estate and property development sector, establishing National Builders & Developers as the core identity of our real estate business. Over the years, we continued to expand our presence through a commitment to quality construction, responsible development, and creating lasting value for our customers and communities.
A New Chapter in 2023
A major milestone came in 2023, when National Builders & Developers collaborated with Al Muntaha Builders & Developers to establish National Living Icon Associates. The name reflects the coming together of both partners — “National” represents National Builders & Developers, while “Living Icon” represents Al Muntaha. This collaboration brought together experience, expertise, resources, and a shared vision for modern real estate development. In 2026, The Aurex Associates was introduced, marking another important step in the expansion of our real estate portfolio and business network.
